Just thought I'd list a quick link to one of my favorite learning resources. This guy details exactly what he does, where he does it, how much he spends and how much he makes (right down to the last penny!).

I am in no way affiliated with this person (he doesn't offer IM products either for that matter). It is just plain-old good information, advice and motivation. I'm sure many of you know about this, but some of the newer folks may not...
