I was bidding for this website, and had made up my mind on going for the BIN, took a short nap, and bam some one else bought it through the BIN. I was naturally disappointed, but feel that it is quite possible to do it but....

Do Some On Site Optimization
Write All The Articles Myself
Monetize Effectively
What I cannot do?
I have made some money through adsense, but I've always had to find reliable social referrals or pay for traffic, and I get local SEO, but never have I ever been able to do Organic SEO. This is precisely my problem and this is why I was buying the site at first place, because looks like he has done a great job with the SEO of it.
Another thing I suck at is I don't know what your suppose to do when you start a site like this, the whole submitting it to Google Webmaster and other search engines, please give me a good article on that.
Who to hire for Organic SEO?
I know this is a silly question, considering we are on Warrior Forum, and there are plenty of awesome people. But what I don't understand is that sometimes they say backlinking is not good, or doing this or that kind of backlinking is not good, and then I see a WSO doing exactly that with great testimonials, so I just don't know what kind of person I should hire.

Concept: List Style Articles On Building Your Home Gym In $100, $500, $1000, and up to $20,000.
Write: 30 SEO Optimized Article (basically take care of hTags, right?)
Monetize: Adsense Within Content | Amazon For Equipment | 1 Adsense Alternative (suggestions) | and 1 Clickbank Product

Social: Hire Someone
Correctly Submitting To Google: Hire Someone
Expectations: I have to do this quick, because I'm kind of in need of recurring money, I am hoping to take it to $500 a month in 3 months? The listing I was bidding for did 800 a month in 5 months I believe.
