Trying to build my JV list.

I just wanted to share with you the steps Im going to make to build me a JV list.
I am new to Affiliate Markerting,so I guess the purpose of this post is to open a conversation, where people can share their ideas to forming a good JV list.

1) Ill try signing to CJ,Linkshare and TradeDoubler.
2) I have already signed for Jvnotidypro, need to figure out how to use and to consider the subscription they are offering.
3)Search the forum(Dah!) for posts related to JV lists.

4)Maybe Amazon...?
I that is all I got.
Got anything to share?

    Updating-
While searching the forum I of course so the Warrior Joint Ventures, but it is only for subscribers and I know I am not there yet.
And Im stuck: both Amazon and Linkshare require a Website(which I dont have).
I am planning on building sites, like review sites,to promote products.
How can I use Amazon and Linkshare for this then?
    Thanks

I know, Amazon likes to play Catch 22 don't they?

I'd suggest start building your review site anyway, but instead of using "affiliate" links, replace them with links to the product pages.

Make sure you track the clicks through these links - it's a good test of your review site, whether it works or not. (if it doesn't work, ditch Amazon)

Then, when you have reasonable traffic (as suggested on Amazon's application page), apply for the affiliate program - when you already have a site promoting Amazon products that is proven to work, your application's success will be guaranteed.
