Looking for Email Marketing Service in the EU

Hi,

Can anybody recommend an Email Marketing Service which is

** owned and operated in a country of the European Union
** has multilingual support for messages and the user interface for subscribers
** Admin interface must be at least in English, additional languages welcome.
** is pretty much comparable with AWeber in the USA.

I use and like AWeber very much. It's just that a lot of European businesses refrain from using services operated in the USA because of data protection, privacy, billing and legal issues.

Therefore, I am looking for some alternatives.

By the way: I can do use Google. Only reply if you are working with a particular European service provider for at least a year and are happy with them.

    That will be very hard to find... I think no one uses that kind of service. The only one I know about is arpReach (dot) com, and I heard it's good and reliable, but I never saw it working, nor I worked on it.
