Quickest way to make huge money online?

Hi,

Just wondering what's the quickest way to make money online with the least investments. Currently I am focusing on building squeeze pages and driving manual but targeted traffic to my website. Yet, I found this to be quite tiring and time consuming. I have tried PPCs and search engine marketing, it doesn't work as well for me too, probably its because I am still a beginner.

If you have any suggestions, feel free to reply to this thread. Thanks!

      I agree with John Romaine,

Quickest way will be in, 3 to 5 years. Other ways won't be long lasting and probably less worth your while

Listen to johnny, as he knows.

And I agree, more and more posts about I want chit now, and gimme gimme gimme..... you are not going to get anyone online if you do that.

Now in 2013 you need to offer more value, before you can even think about making money.

You are asking the most stoopidest question on the fact of the IM planet.

So....let me edit that fo you.

Hey Warriors What is the Quickest way to make VALUE ONLINE?

There, it needed to be said. Hope it helps.

This might scare you... but it's truth... The good thing is:

that's my sentiment as well. The hard part though can be working out who is making the money and is worthwhile listening to.

There's this method that I read about it online whereby beginners instead of driving more traffic to his individual website, he multiplies his website to reach a large variety of audience.

Anyone knows about this method? It looks like a quick way for earning huge money without actually driving them.

That's what it is supposed to look like. Many of the food photos you see in magazine ads is made of wax, clay and other inedible things because the real thing won't stand up to the process of styling, lighting and hours-long photo sessions.

Sounds like the old Made-For-Adsense model, with automated sites generated for a list of keywords. Google killed that model, and getting lucky with search with enough sites to make a living is a lot of work.

You want a really easy way to make huge money? Here it is in two steps, and you can even do it online:

      1) Every day, enter the Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes online.
      2) Win.

There you go. Follow that simple model and their latest promotion will give you $1 million upfront and $5k/week for the rest of your life, and then the life of someone you designate.

      Simple, huh?

@Ethan - Stop looking for 'quick' ways and focus instead on testing/measuring your results and doing more of what is working based on YOUR OWN experience. It sounds to me like you are trying to be a jack of all trades and a master of none. Focus on one method until you get really good at it before you try other methods because you are in danger of spreading yourself too thinly and spinning your wheels.

So far, I have made 4 affiliate sales from CB in 5 months. Since most of you all suggested that I should work on my individual squeeze pages instead of spreading myself too thin, does anyone have a suggested goal for me for internet marketing? It would help as I can pace myself according to it. Currently I work part time as an internet marketer.

The quickest and easiest way to make money online for me was and still is for many years is this:

    1. Determine what your like, your passions or where you have the knowledge. Preferably, determine what you can do different than others. Don't look for "better way" because it can get very questionable.

    2. Determine which areas have pain and where your customers are seeking pleasure. For example, in my psychic niche the pain is nagging uncertainty. Pleasure is to get reassurance and more certainty.

    3. Determine the free value your customer would love to get. Instead of offering them "downloadable stuff", offer something that either temporarily fixes the pain or releases it a bit. Don;t go overboard there because from my experience, a lot of people are not used to free super-value. They may misjudge that if it is free, then there has to be better paid way. And hey, you have to make money, right? So, create a free killer report and offer it in exchange for their contact information.

    4. Sell without being salesy. Just let people know that if they like your free report then hey, here is something I have for the price.

    5. Don't do this mistake which I did. And here it is: instead of concentrating all your efforts on different product creations, concentrate on pleasure of marketing you free report. Right now, I have like gazillion of about 90% finished info products and the idea that I'll have to market them all throws me off. Plus, I spent years creating them. My perfectionism attitude did not help... But hey, at least I take pride in my work and customers rave about my info products. The trick in here is balance. Don't create crap either.

    6. Don't do the second mistake I did: avoiding automation. Have automated system as much as possible and instead of doing manual labor, do marketing.

    7. Just market, market and market...

And don't look for a magic pill unless you want to get disappointed. At the same time, don't establish time frames. You can hit it in as soon as a week. One of my last websites got like 13% conversion rates and started making sales on the second day.

You welcome. This is exactly same system I am following now myself. I also forgot to mention, in whatever you do - inject personality. Don't do it as faceless, nameless company that doesn't even exist.

People love doing business with the person, not some "Internet website".

If the squeeze page is not working for you, you have no any other option but to look for ways to compliment your effort and grow your capital base.

It has never been easy to start as a beginner especially one with no experience and zero to no capital to invest.

There are lots of ways to drive free traffic to your squeeze page:

    Video
    Forum
    Blogging

With the little capital you have you can tap into the above and then start looking at trying solo ads and buying one mega site mainly to fuel your squeeze page with organic traffic.

Not going to happen in one day but doable if you have the mindset of an entrepreneur that never loses track irrespective of the storm.

You'll need to do one job a day for ten days to prove you're not a spammer. Get Turkopticon (free) and check out the HitsWorthTurkingfor subreddit to avoid the rampant scammers. You might make $300 in a month if you bust your ass all day every day.

The fastest way to make money online and get paid is to be a service provider. The reason for this is because you'll be able to get paid quickly via Paypal. The most common way to go about this is to become a ghostwriter, where you do some research and write content for other marketers.

In all seriousness, I say your best bet would be either these 4 methods.

    1. Paid Traffic - if you got the capital, then I know quite a few super affiliates who got rich in a very short amount of time by advertising via paid traffic sources. However, this isn't for everyone. You need skill, talent, persistence and a bit of luck.

    2. SEO - get a site on the first page of Google in the top 3 spots for some heavy hitting keywords and you could rake it in quickly. Some people say ranking sites takes to long, not really in my opinion. A year or so tops for competitive keywords if you know what you're doing.

    3. Product Creation - create your own product (ebooks and etc.) and throw it up on Warrior forum as a WSO, or in several other different affiliate networks, Amazon, and etc. If it's a hit, then money can be rolling in and you just could be an over-nite success. Harder than it sounds, unless you got experience, skills and luck.

    4. List Building - Just focus on building quality lists through sites, landers, paid traffic, seo, solo ads and etc. I'm sure you already know the power of having quality lists. That's almost like having your own atm. Cha Ching! Only if you treat your subscribers well and know what you're doing.

That's all I can think of right now, I need a nap.

That's actually a true answer. The first answer with that powder network is complete and utter "letter following A. And letter following R".

Publishing a WSO is definitely a way to generate some nice money and it's fast. Sure there is a learning curve but you will have a learning curve with everything aside from getting breastfed. LOL.

Ethan there is no quick way to make huge money online, the gurus will tell you it took them years and losing lots of money before they started to make big bucks. Sometimes its like a trial and error basis, sometimes you hit the jackpot and sometimes not.
Personally i am into internet marketing for the past 6 years and didn't start making some serious money until the past 2 years.

Same for me. I started in 2001 with an ad network run by an acquaintance on IRC. It took me until last year to start making more than I spent. I think if I had a lot more money to invest in the early days, I would have burnt most of it due to inexperience.

Everything takes time. If you want to make money by selling affiliate products you have to offer an excellent experience to your customers and give them bonuses.

You should focus on proving that you can be trusted. Write many articles about your topic.

It’s a good idea to buy the products you promote and write a sincere review.

You should also build your own email list instead of sending your customers directly to the vendor’s website. This way you will have a list of potential customers to send your offers to (about related products).

You have to be persistent because there is fierce competition everywhere. Making money online is not as simple as presented by many marketers who want to take advantage of the newbies’ ignorance and their intense desire to make money.

Read many posts in this forum everyday and never stop studying internet marketing.

You can't just send thousands of backlinks to a site or post 100 pages of content in a day - it has to look natural and happen over a period of time.

With Kindle, you can literally publish a book today and be making money with it tomorrow. You can easily out-rank other books on Amazon search. Hell, you could get a 20page book made up for you in 3 days by a writer and sell it for $2.99, and a Fiverr e-cover done in 24 hours.

I wouldn't do seo. I've done seo and had 1st page then back to page 5. Seo is slow. And I just wouldn't rely on google rankings...cause you never know how the next algorithm will affect your site. I've consistently made money online solely from ppc. I would rely on paid traffic because it's targeted and it's fast. gl

I have tried PPC and it doesnt quite work as well as I would have expected. Being a beginner and all, I realised that what I am doing is actually burning up my cash. I think I will resume my PPC campaigns after I have built a few thousand link backs to my website via blog commenting and article commenting. These linkbacks work much better for me than PPC campaigns though. Plus, its quite expensive to spend a huge load of money in my trial-and-error state.

or PLAN at becoming a pro ... or gaining more knowledge.

It's easy to start off making products even at a beginner level because there will always be someone starting off at that level,.. it's like working along side someone... and as you learn, you teach, almost documentary style.

You'll never know everything, and I think that stops a lot of people from even starting something because they feel like they need to know more... as opposed to realizing that DOING whatever "it" is will not only give you that knowledge and position you as a pro, .. because you're owning the experience of learning something, implementing it, and teaching it.

You really think half of the people in the IM niche are "pros" .. what makes someone a pro? ... "ACTION" ... ying and yang, success and failure.
Not thinking about doing something, but actually doing it.

I think making my own products come at a later date dont you think?

Its best to know what our niche market needs before creating a product. So affiliate marketing which directs traffic to my current competitors would somehow work for me at the beginning.

it's not like you create a page/block/niche or whatever and have money income in 3-4 months... if it was that easy and fast, we would all be millionaires, not an economic crisis, we would own by an island, moved to mars and so on (well, that escalated quickly). my point is, you need patience, be persistent, have a plan, use your time right

  • I don't know how successful you'll be at making HUGE sums of money right away but it's definitely possible to make decent money. In the short run, the best best for you is to try to find a product that you can easily sell through mediums like eBay or Etsy. The important things to remember are your overhead (keep it to a minimum) and always calculate all of your costs into the sale price (including shipping if needed). I wouldn't recommend selling something just for the sake of selling it because it can start to get old. If you have a passion for a niche market that can generate money for you then great!

I tried eBay marketing to get rid of some unwanted stuffs a while ago. It works to some extent. It's not going to last for long.

What I am looking for is sustainable long-term decent earnings from affiliate marketing.

I can't say many of you are wrong because if you really depend on yourself without much help at the beginning, you are probably going to make it online after a few years.

But what about following through guiding principles and using their specially made affiliate marketing software from guys like Ewen Chia (which I am currently following)?

Personally, I think his methods work.

He's got this latest software that automatically creates review webpages of affiliate programs from Clickbank, Amazon, etc, within seconds just by filling up some details in his software. From what I see, he doesnt even have to write a single thing!

If you signature link is the offer you're using are you tracking the link, do you know your opt-in and sales percentage? What methods of traffic are you using?

I think your squeeze page is killing you because unless I scroll down all I see is your picture and what looks like the typical remake of a Clickbank product, and clickbank weight loss products tend to have a higher refund rate and don't sell that well, my opinion. I'm not in that niche but I have mailed for it a few times with little results.

The weight loss niche is actually quite profitable actually, if you know the stuff people are looking for...

For me, I prefer natural and easy weight loss solutions made for long lasting weight loss than eating artificial pills for it.

This is probably why my opt in converts better. Its considered quite unique in the market.

    Ethan,

When I had a blog to promote Clickbank items on my main page I would put up a sad story and then show how the product I was promoting helped me out. Once I had all that setup I went to Yahoo Answers and looked for questions related to the product. I would give an informative answer and direct people to my blog. Just by doing this I was able to make over $700 in about 8 days. This was because the traffic was very targeted.

    Good Luck!

Those of you who have had success with selling ebooks... can you talk about it a little? Did you write fiction stories? Practical guides for popular subjects?

When you write an ebook, do you have to keep it extremely general so that you don't infringe on any trademarked topics or brand names?

Just the opposite. Where you get into trouble with trademarks and brand names is when you use them in a way that might confuse the reader/buyer.

Most companies that have trademarks online also have guidelines for using those trademarks. Check with the company involved. If they don't have licensing terms published right on their website, contact their media relations people asking for permission and guidelines. They might also refer you to legal affairs.

        I have never been refused.

Amazon is pretty serious about protecting their brand and marks, yet there are dozens of books in the Kindle marketplace with "Kindle" in the title. Same with Apple and "iPad". You can also find titles that refer to "Disney".

Follow the rules and you have no problem.

        Here's a sample:

        http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/intellectualproperty/trademarks/usage/publisher.aspx

        Here are some general guidelines:

        http://janefriedman.com/2012/06/15/trademark-is-not-a-verb-guidelines-from-a-trademark-lawyer/

The two posts referenced in the post intro are also worth reading.

I can tell by the people that have posted that there are some pretty experienced people here. I've learned this year that it's all about action, learning from your failures and marketing. You can read a tonne of info but if you don't act on it then it's useless. If you have an idea, just try/test it on a small, measurable scale. If successful, continue, if not, can it. Also get a mentor, or find a community interested in your niche/interest, your goal will seem more attainable when everyone around you is successful at it.

    All the best!

If you have any suggestions, feel free to reply to this thread. Thanks!
There's no shiny button to get rich quick as you're starting to discover. The internet makes it easy for you to access info quickly, learn, apply and test them, usually for little or no cost, in relation to what it would take for an existing business. However you still have to put in a lot of trial and error.

The best thing to do is follow a tried and tested method that makes money online, put a slight twist on it i.e your brand, and go with that. Find something you are really interested in and/or want to learn more about (you want to learn how to make money online quickly right?), learn it and start creating products, writing blog and getting a following.

    hope that helps

But for a beginner like me, going straight into product creation can sometimes cost me a lot.

P.S. I read about this on Google. Someone with no prior knowledge of his niche market but is interested in entering the niche market should do affiliate marketing first and then go into product creation after a certain period of time.

There is no way to earn big money instantly from scratch. You need to have 2 options for making big money on the internet:

    1. have plenty of money to invest
    2. be persistent to do work. Of course this way is time consuming. Both patience and persistence are the key to success an online business.

If you can't patient, there is no way for you.

Dude seriously, your opening sentence is maddening. Quickest way to make money with the least amount of effort...or something like that.

There are no shortcuts to anyplace worth going.
Every overnight success takes 20 years.

If you're serious though, then yeah, set up your squeeze page and drive traffic to it and get leads. Have an autoresponder sequence that has promos for low to high ticket offers on the back end. You simply send leads through your sales funnel and track your conversions and see what is working and what is not.

This is the way the big dogs have made a killing online, by this easy to understand process. KISS-keep it simple stupid.

Stay focused on your effort and don't lag. Treat it like a job, and believe that you will make it no matter what. Keep those negative thoughts from ruminating through your head. And instead, replace those thoughts with how you want to live and how much money you want to make doing this stuff.

Ethan, get this whole "working at home in your pyjamas making $1,000 a day" mindset out of your head. It's not going to happen.

If you want to make money, then build a real business.

This is NOT a business Discover The Easiest Way To Lose Weight Fast & Keep It Off Permanently ...this is dribble.

This might surprise some people here, but one of the most liberating things I've done recently was to accept the fact that at age 40, the thought of selling cheap info products was not a viable long term business model - even though I've been doing it successfully for years.

Instead, I started my own SEO agency - Works Media SEO - Premium Search Engine Optimisation Services

I now put on a shirt, tie and shoes and actually help people. Yeah I know that sounds like work, but it pays - and I'm making a real difference in peoples lives.

Oh, and y'know whats really nice? Not dealing with idiots that want a "discount" on a $27 ebook, or clowns asking for a refund 1 minute after they've made purchase.

Learn before you try to earn!

Focus on one area too. This was my mistake initially, i tried a bit of everything and lost focus. Try not to get drawn in by hyped up crap offering you 5 figure pay days within a week too. The best way to start making money is to monetise a hobby of yours. For example: You may love football, so how could you tie that into a fitness niche?

Stick to what you are good at and knowledgeable about already and build from there. I taught myself SEO and landed a decent paying job within a year, whilst just starting to build and rank websites for local clients. Do i want to work full time? No, but it has become part of my process to getting to where i want to be.

Be patient, and always ask for help!

Just lately i have splurged out and paid for some quality coaching as i found i woukd get to a certain level and then move on to something new. I get bored easily and this is a big problem for me. I agree with the person who said your original post here is maddening. Your comments make it clear just how lost in the weeds you are and it makes me want to scratch my eyes out!

I'm not sure whether to slap your or cry for you.

    1. As others have mentioned, your initial approach is all wrong. "How do I make lots of money in the least amount of time via automated methods?" is a TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE mindset. (Picture Madam Mim from the Sword in the Stone saying "I hate sunshine! Horrible, wholesome sunshine!")

The Internet, just by virtue of existing, already allows you to leverage your time and effort in ways you never could before. But don't think you're going to make millions from scratch while sipping margaritas in Tahiti from the get-go. It WILL and DOES take WORK.

    2. Your comments like "Yes, I'll set up a squeeze page and use SEO and linkbuilding to make money." make it crystal clear how lost you really are.

NOWHERE do you talk about what you'll actually be selling or WHO you'll be selling it TO. Everything you talk about are marketing METHODS. Marketing methods themselves don't bring in the cash. Actual products and services bring in the cash.

The marketing methods promote the product or service -- which bring in the cash!

You sound like you have no idea what niche you want to be in, what you want to sell or WHO you want to sell it to! All of the marketing methods in the world can't help you until you know these things.

Pick a niche. Pick a product or service to sell (your own or someone else's). Pick a target market to sell it to. THEN focus on all of the different marketing methods.

You can mix and match and play with different marketing methods all day long. But DON'T keep jumping around from one business to the next! Stick with it.

Understand this: IM is like getting a jet plane off the runway and in the air. Jet planes use 60% of their fuel just getting off the ground. They "coast" after that.

IM is "front loaded." The bulk of your work will come in the beginning, but the income and profits come a bit later. It doesn't have to take a lot of time, but realize that in the beginning, there can be a lot of setup and effort with little or no reward. It is NOT instant.

The "trick" in IM is staying the course in that gap from start to profits, whether it's a week, a month or 6 months. STICK WITH IT! DON'T jump to a new product or service just because the "old" one didn't make money in the first week.

Focus on more/new marketing for your CURRENT product or service. Build a list. Make offers to that list. IM is about gaining momentum with that jet plane -- not jumping from one plane to the next.

So pick a plane (your product or service), pick your passengers (your target audience), work to get the passengers ON your plane (build your list) and pick a destination (your income goal). Now don't stop until your reach your destination with your chosen passengers on YOUR plane!

Making money online happens in the same basic way for everyone, whether they're selling products or services, their own or someone else's:

Traffic > Opt-in Page > E-zine (to build a relationship with your list) > Sales page

That's it! (We IMers end to make it more complicated than necessary.)

And listen to Johnny Romaine and Art of Marketing. They're both spot on.

    Hope that helps!
