How To Unindex My Sites Quickly?

Hello Warriors,

I enjoy my side advertising business, but it is not my full time position yet.

I am seeking a new job, and over the last couple years I've built several advertising / marketing related sites which include my name on them etc that I would like to get de-indexed by Google since the positions I am applying for are sales jobs. While it seems that being a marketer would be a feather in the cap for the sales positions I am applying for, it seems many employers do not want to hire someone who has a business on the side.

What I am trying to figure out is how I can quickly de-index sites which promote my online marketing / advertising services etc. I have already taken most of the sites offline for the time being about a week ago, but not all are de-indexed yet.

The first thought that comes to mind is re-activating the site, then adding a robots.txt to make the pages no-follow, and then adding AdSense to the site, and visiting the site so that Google crawls the page to provide the most targeted ads and see's it's a no-follow page?

Any thoughts about this technique etc? Any other ideas on how I can do this?
