    Ones that have revenue streams already setup.

    I've noticed the quality of sites on Flippa has recently dropped off.

    But I digress... I've read that a popular model is starting a number of niche blogs, filling with a good amount of content, then sending paid traffic to the site with Adsense set up. If the content it good, and the visitors are targeted, you should get a slow, steady stream of ad income.

    Nothing to write home about, but enough that you could report it as income for the site when you sell it.

    People will be interested in buying websites which will generate income for them. Flippa is loosing their trust to the internet marketers because they are getting loaded with a lot of scammers. Still you can build a good seller profile there by selling good quality websites providing solid information.

    If you like the site flipping model, the best way to find out is analyzing
    past sales from niches you're interested or most popular.
    Pay attention to questions asked before purchasing.
