Need help for limited paypal a/c for entropay

entropay card is not work here .Because Indian limited Paypal accoutnt need to withdraw Via local bank

Indomen,
I have been using my paypal associated with my local bank to withdraw money but i was in need to pay using paypal and for that i need to link credit card, so linked entropay to be in safe but now the problem arose what i mentioned in 1st post.

I had the same sort of thing in Portugal, as I have a bank verified but they don't send statements the best thing to resolve it is what I did, ring them and ask if you can use your Passport ID card or driving license as proof of ID, and a utility bill with your name and address on I did this and problem was solved. hope this helps

Algarve! Thanks for reply. I have no problem with my ID stuffs but they are asking for credit card statement also as i added that, and i am sure they will ask to send the same if i call them, and probably they know or may not know its entropay but cheating them may create more serious problem and also if i tell the truth that its prepaid entropay vcc, they probably wont bother to permanent my limitations.
I was eager to get suggestions from someone who has undergone the same problem and if he could manage to resolve it
Agarve ! You had actually real bank a/c, its just they dont issue statements, so you had no problem. If i go to them with virtual card, they might think i am involved it some fradulant activity

  And that's probably why they limited your account in the first place.
  Paypal has seen it all before and trying to game the system will probably mean digging a deeper hole for yourself...

What so many are trying to tell you in this thread is that only Paypal can tell you the status of your account going forward.

Just want to update here to you guys and others who are in similar condition like me that my problem related to my paypal has been resolved. I today submitted my photo id/passport(but did not send anything for my card statement) and I called the Indian paypal customer support and there the person told me that i don't need to worry. The problem will be reolved but she also told me that one should not use any virtual cards with paypal. I just saw my paypal and it has been restored with a warm welcome message instead a/c limitation message. I saw that the virtual card was still linked to my a/c and again called to support because i was worried if i click remove and it might alert again paypal security. The person received my phone there was again a helpful guy and he assured that it would be better if i remove that card to avoid unecessary trouble in future. He also told that indian paypal accept only ICICI and Axix bank debit cards and none other. So i removed my entropay card from my paypal and now so happy.
Just taking my time to write this story so that it may help any needy person searching for solution to similar problem.
