Which is the best way to sell my eBooks?

by Vikram Anand 23 replies
I have a great compilation of eBooks on Law of Attraction and its application.

The titles are as follows:

1. 21 Secrets of Success

2. Secret Laws-Teachings of Prosperity, Wisdom and Keys to Success

3. Unlocking the ultimate human potential

4. Unlock the Power of Law of Attraction

5. How to make your mind a money magnet

6. Money Affirmations

I have tried posting the ad on criaglist and ebay. But response has been poor.

Can anyone suggest best options to sell this compilation so that more and more people can get benefit out of them?

Give them away for free so that you are attracted to more and more free stuff..

Or, you can build up a list on Self Development niche and sell it to the list.

Build a self development list by giving few books free. Once you build your list than sell it to them.

Amazon, Smashwords, and your own website.

If those eBook titles are correct then you did not create them yourself.
At best you may have resale rights, even so a quick Google search will reveal that
most if not all those eBooks are already available for free.
So i IMO you may be wasting your time trying to sell them...

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

I dont' think you can really make that much selling on eBay. I use to make a few $100 back in the day but they shut that down.

Craigslist... I just dont see that happening at all...

You could maybe setup a landing page like this Homepage | Ebook landing page, upload videos to YouTube with different things about the subject matter and send them to your pages...

right now, i have a clickbank offer getting 2,000+ clicks a month from 6 YouTube videos. After not getting many sales (from direct linking, then email marketing, then back to direct linking), i decided to write my own guide on the matter and create a page like this.

    All the best

Maybe you can break up the ebooks and use the content to create a resource site... grow the free organic traffic so you get a lot of eyeballs to your site, and then try to monetize it with adsense and affiliate programs.

the only ways to sell anything is with either free traffic or paid. But like another person mentioned... I think these ebooks are PLR/resell books because i've seen them as well.

So, if you don't have a very good way to target people looking for stuff like this, you'll spend a ton of time and money.

If you have the time, just create a resource site using the content and try to grow organic traffic. Then, once you get some eyeballs, you can monetize the traffic with adsense or other affiliate programs.

If you're the author, the best way is to sell them through Affiliates, I suggest 2 methods:
1/ go to Clickbank and sign-up as a seller, they will approve your eBooks and let thousands of affiliates sell your product and earn a percentage from every sale.
2/ if you know blogs with good traffic, contact the owners and suggest to advertise your eBooks and earn a commission.

Agree with this. Unless they are PLR, then I wouldn't. Amazon pulled the plug on PLR Kindle books, which I am glad they did, alot of PLR material is poorly written and very low quality information. Anyway, good luck with whatever you decide!

If they are PLR that's been around, they won't fly on Kindle. Unless you change them significantly.

Completely agree, it's a good idea to build a list and promote it there, if you can get good response from CL and Ebay ect, you should defenitly build a list.
