Amazon not my ebooks promotion link?

If I want to promote many ebooks by links that aren't mine (authors are other individuals), can't I promote them on amazon because it doesn't permit links in it?

    It may be I'm tired as it is 3am or have you answered your own question?

    I not in that niche but you say you want to promote links in ebooks but then go on to say that they won't let you promote links in the ebooks! To me you answered your own question.

    If you're talking about using a Kindle book to promote a bunch of affiliate links to other books, no, you can't.

    You can't even use affiliate links to your own books.
