Need a piece of advice from an experienced marketer

Hello,

I'm an IM newbie. I've recently been trying to make some money with Clickbank.

A couple of days ago i read a WSO, where an author suggests to create a landing page(full website or just a Wordpress.com blog) with a great review of product, put the link to the sales page in it and drive traffic to the landing page through Adwords.

I want to get an advice of an experienced marketer - do you thinks it's possible to monetize clickbank like that?

    You are looking to bypass adwords restriction on affiliate links ?

    To me that just sounds like you are going to end up wasting money. It would be simpler to drive traffic through different method.

    Yes, it is possible, but if you don't know how to use Adwords you will probably spend your money without having positive results.

    You should learn how to create Squidoo lenses, Zujava leafs, and Hub pages to understand how to promote your products online without spending money, but even making some money with the creation of these pages.

    These pages are good for learning and testing, but don't create too many of them because they belong to free platforms and you are not the real owner of your work. Drive traffic to these pages by using free traffic generating methods like article writing, blog commenting, forum posting, etc. to see how you will do with them.

    Try to sell in a Squidoo lens the product you intend to sell at your website to see if you will have positive results or not, before creating your own website or blog.

    Read many posts in this forum and study internet marketing everyday.

    You should create your own website or blog after learning how the internet works. You have to be able to create a smart business plan.

    Just by creating a website and posting a link you won't make sales. There is fierce competition in all niches. You have to learn how to beat the competition, how to drive traffic to your pages, and how to convert your visitors into customers.

    Internet marketing is a complex system.
