I'm with Ken on this one, you've asked a very broad question, and a curious one if you're familiar at all with Internet Marketing.

Marketing is, well, marketing, regardless of the product. ClickBank is simply a resource for you to find products that you will promote, and the way you promote it will vary based on you, your talents and skills, your niche and your audience.

When promoting cb products, there are different marketing strategies that you should used, based on the niche of each product. When promoting health related products for example, such as e-books on anxiety, acne, and so on, a good approach would be to write articles about those particular diseases and submit them to big article directories. From those articles, you can add a link to your website, where you can have a detailed review on the product you are promoting.

If for example, you choose to promote products from the Internet Marketing niche, a good strategy would be to get listed on the first page of google for terms such as "product name review" , since these products are very popular and people know about them already, but they want to be sure the product is good before they buy it. This type of traffic converts very well, and there are several ways to do this, but I recommend on using reverse engineering. Choose a product, search for it's name with "review" at the end, and see what others are doing. You will see people make yt videos and rank them on the first page, they use EMD's (exact match domain names), and so on. Giving a bonus to the potential buyers always works like a charm. Also, using aweber to gather e-mails is a must, as this gives you the possibility to promote other products from the same field to a list of targeted potential customers that have subscribed to your list.

If for example, you decide to promote a cb product related to a popular social game, ex: Candy Saga, Farmville, etc, or any other game (League of Legends, Diablo 3, Minecraft, etc), your best approach would be to play the game yourself, and make videos by recording your actions (using Camtasia or any other software), and upload those videos to yt, with optimized titles and links to your site in the description. These videos can bring tons of quality traffic as they tend to rank very well if they are unique and well optimized (using the right keywords in the title).

The bottom line is that whatever cb niche you decide to promote, you should make a bit of research and see what others are doing, and do the same. This doesn't mean that you cannot be creative and try new things, but you should always take advantage of the transparency that internet marketing has to offer, and learn from the others. Remember that whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve. All you have to do is work as much as you can, and never give up.
