Affiliate programs that pay 100% commission -- AND as soon as the sale is made?

I have already found two, but I'm looking for more affiliate programs that do the following:

Pay 100% commission (yes, 100%)
Pay you instantly--as soon as the sale is made your Paypal account is credited.
Don't require you to sign up as an affiliate

PLEASE let me know if you find any more.

Hi Mike,
I have products and services that I can do instant pay by paypal using mass pay (meaning no fees for you)... But obviously in order to stay in business I can not offer 100% commissions. Yes I fully understand the 100% commission thing but that is not in my business model.

I can offer you 40% - 50% and would be glad to incrase this commission depending upon sales. I can set you up an account witout joining any site..

I need to know
* Your marketing plan
* How you advertise
* Do you have a list

Well if they don't require you to sign up as an affiliate then it is going to be pretty hard to verify anything or do your taxes. Either that or it isn't legal!

100% isn't a big deal, that's been around for years and years as they make their money on upsells, cross sells and cross promotions through their mailings.
