Looking at the way things are going right now, I would create a training institute that relies HEAVILY on video marketing and video lessons.

I would find experts in different fields and offer some sort of certification that people are willing to pay a premium price for. It would have to be something that you could build a highly dedicated community around because you would get people addicted to one lesson and they would end up buying your entire product line.

There are different levels of SEO's.
SEO "for masses" is well covered.
Then there is SEO that allowed me to get on first page of Goog above 50,000,000 of competing pages and 12 pages of ads within couple of months for brand new domain with very little content. Google loves it.

That practical experience guided me to idea to create product that would allow other people to benefit from this approach as well.

From experience, make sure that the money isn't wasted on buying everything initially or Adwords.

Make sure you are not living off the money, and learn all you can here - for free.

Find your niche, what you like about marketing or making money from home, or an office. Be it article writing, creating blogs, selling websites, affiliate marketing, whatever it is that you like.

Outsource the things that you know work, and profit from them.

I'm no expert but if you can keep that much money and learn how to add to the money you have, then that will be great.

1. I would go to sitepoint.com and purchase a well established website for sale there that has already been developed, and is making nice profit.
2. I would find a few great keyword based high traffic domains to purchase and develop.

Investing in domain names is also pretty rock solid. There are plently auctions with valuable domains being sold at minimal prices.

I have just got into it and it's really interesting. I picked up Ultimate3.com the other day. Turns out it's worth $18,500 :-)

I'm selling it for $6,500 if anyone is interested.

Hi Gleb,

Google ranking I think is also based on your location. I usually rank in the first page of google for several high traffic keywords sometimes even more than 55,000,000 returns. I even conquer the top on most occasions BUT that is only when I search using www.google.com.ph - which Im redirected to most by default. When I search using www.google.com..
The story is quite different.

I would spend it on something that will increase in value over time; I've been wanting to add a sun room to my house for about $29K so that's what I'd spend my 30K on. I can't think of anything related to IM I'd buy, maybe that means I don't have enough smarts to know what's available out there that I should be buying.

HI

I would hire a load of writers.. and buy plenty of keyword rich domain names and develop those domains with wordpress and make money from affiliate links and adsense, and hire people to build the backlinks for those blogs,

With 30k... it would break down like this.

$7 for the domain
10 articles per site $50-$60 cost
$50-$70 to have wordpress installed and customized.
$100-$200 to hire a few people to build 200 good backlinks.

So cost per site is $207-$337 per blog..

that would get you around 125-150 good sites... and each should easy earn $1 per day just from adsense.. that would be $125 to $150 per day or $3750 to $4500 income per month...

Re-invest that money back into more new sites.. and keep doing this for like 6 months and you will be making a load of cash

I have not included any income from affiliate sales.

To the OP - Do you have $30,000 ?? If not then this thread is a waste of space and trying to get ideas out of others while trying to build your post count is not going to look very good on you around here.

If you do not know what to do with $30,000 (which I doubt you have) and you are looking at a gold mine forum then maybe it is time to move on and find something else to do online.
