Cheapest registrar to flip domain names

I want to register pack of .COM domain names and flip them right away.
Hence - the less initial cost - the better.

I know that some registrars offer first year registration discounts.
Any suggestions?
I thinking about 6-10 domains.

      I use namecheap and they're good to maintain domains.
      I just looking for registrar that gives $4.99 or less per .com for first year or so.

    You'll be hard pressed to find $5 .com's.... I haven't seen a price below $7 in years, and that's with coupons and all.

    I know a ton of new domain name extensions were recently announced so it might be worth looking into those unless you are dead set on flipping .com's. I think the problem with .com's is that if it's a good domain, it's probably taken by now (at least the .com).
