Starting with Affiliate Marketing : My IM Journey Begins

I have just started with affiliate marketing and as per my knowledge and research the 3 basic steps of Affiliate Marketing are
  1. Finding a profitable niche
  2. Build a list of people interested in that niche
  3. Introducing products to my list

I have already found a profitable niche to start with "How to get rid of Acne". This niche interests me a lot and I think it will be good for a long term business.

My squeeze page is almost ready but I don't have any freebie to give yet.

I was wondering if you people can help me out in this matter, I have no experience in writing reports. So, should I hire someone to write a report ? If yes, then where should I outsource it ? Or Should I buy some PLRs?

Thanks
Comphics

You should head over to the Classified ads or Warrior for Hire.

They have pretty good article services over there.

Writing the report might stand you in good stead if you plan to be in the niche for a long time..it will let you research the niche to discover the demographic/products/wants and needs of the people, and how and what to write articles/emails on. Unless you are outsourcing all that. Otherwise I'd get to know your niche as well as possible.

How do I write a report ? I want to know the basics of writing a report. I'm not very good at writing but I would definitely like to learn it. Do all successful affiliate marketers write reports themselves ?

Do you have experience writing articles? If yes, then you shouldn't have any problem writing a report yourself. The thing with "free reports" these days is that everyone and their mother is giving them away - so what makes you different?

If you are going to create a report just for the heck of creating it, your subscribers will get aware of it. And that may lead them to unsubscribe after getting your list. Aim at giving QUALITY material to your potential subscribers and you'll have a higher retention rate.

If you're thinking of outsourcing then you can post an ad in the "Warriors for Hire" section or even get a good writer from oDesk to do it for you. I wouldn't suggest that you go for PLR cause being original matters when you're building a list.

Try searching forums which related to your niche and put your link into signature box if possible.
