Newbie trying looking to make modest online income

Hi, I'm brand new to the forum and relatively new to online marketing. Been trying to make money online for a year now, with very little success so far. This week I'm off work and looking seriously into the best way for me to make a modest amount of online money with relative ease. I would appreciate people's answers and guidance on this forum, though I'm a bit concerned about info overload.

Today I joined online income solution. Did some research, and it was mixed, but on the basis I could get it relatively cheaply I thought I'd have a look into it. Got a few questions about the programme. I'll post them in the appropriate section of the forum.

    Start building an authority site...
    Find your niche.

I'd go with this. There must be something you know more than most people. Start building a site or a product revolving around it. You'd be surprised the types of niches you can find if you think about it.

Pick one thing that you are interested in and learn/master that thing. It could be CPA, SEO, web flipping, etc. Nothing is easy, if it was, then everybody would be doing it.

I want you to get two things straight before you get started:

    1. Don't begin with the feeling of making money relatively easily.
Just like we have it in the real world where success find some people and some people have to seek for success and knock it off before they become successful, the same applies online.

    2. Information overload is a big setback. If you allow this to become a syndrome in you, it will be difficult to ever take any positive action. I always recommend people to work free minded.

There are many ways to make money online - one of them is to rank on 1st page of Google and YouTube - you can promote CPA offers, affiliate offers, Amazon products, etc. What I do currently is contact local businesses and offer to rank their business on 1st page of Google and YT, I use 19 steps SEO system that works very well, for example go to YouTube right now and search Best Steakhouse In Phoenix and you will see that I have rank Roka Akor steakhouse on 1st-4th spot on YT and as of now they are on 1st page of Google, you do the job - contact local business and close them for monthly fee, than cleanse and repeat, you can rank for any keyword in any niche, PM if you are interested. Pick something you like most like a product or a JOB and get to it.

If you do not have a day job you must first get one of those, no matter what anyone says you need some sort of income and a day job just be your first stop.
If you already have a main source of income then you're on the right track already.
Now you shall begin doing your research on different ways of making money online.
You can create your own blog and simply write reviews for other peoples products, you could also work with Google Adsense on your own blog if this is the route you choose.
    or
You can do Affiliate Marketing. Sign up for affiliate programs like Clickbank, Amazon, Linkshare etc.. and begin to advertise their products and make sales.
There are Plenty of ways to earn an income online But it starts with Hard work, Dedication and Routine.

Instead, do all the due diligence and proper planning that anybody starting a business should do. The preparation you put into starting any sort of real online business is the exact same preparation you would do if you were to open any other kind of business, such as a restaurant or retail shop of some sort.

"Internet marketing" in and of itself isn't a a business. The Internet is nothing more than a marketing medium, in the same way that radio, television, direct mail, and billboards are. The beauty of the Internet is that it's also a great way to deliver certain products and services, too, and the startup costs are cheap. Web hosting is far more affordable than renting space for that restaurant.

So, as when starting any kind of business, take the time to think about what kind of value you can bring to the marketplace. What are your skills, strengths, and weaknesses?

From this, you can narrow down into selecting a target market (niche), and find out what they already want that you can deliver, and that you'll enjoy working on for a long time. Think in years, not months.

From that, you'll get down into specific business models, which then finally leads you into the specific marketing tactics to make that business model churn.
i would agree. Unfortunately people are sold this vision of money made only by the push of a button. However when creating a business online - Takes consistency, determination and perseverance.

I would suggest, build your foundation by firstly conducting relevant market research. Look at the various niche/ Micro niches and where you could possible add value. Look at segments and identify the hungry markets.

If you are now off work and want to do this seriously, then you will good, as long as you stick at it and don't give up after things get stressful.

Here's a good place to look at micro niches, and drill down - DMOZ . Can find some golden nuggets there.

      To your success!
