|  Can anyone recommend good Health and Fitness forums?
Hi I'd like to start using health and fitness forums. There's plenty about but I was hoping some warriors could recommend some of the better ones. What I'd like is one like this forum where I can participate in discussions, put a link in my sig and post WSOs or something similar. I'm hoping someone in this niche might have some ideas. Mary |

Many of the good forums in the health and fitness niche don't allow you a signature or one which goes to your website.
