Amazon Associates in Colorado or Other Tax State?

I got 4 emails just this morning trying to sell me their get rich programs on Amazon. Must be a seasonal hot item.

For I think 5 years now, no one in my state of Colorado has been able to be an Amazon associate and get referral commissions for product sold online.....even though the big tax thing that caused Amazon to pull the plug on us and other states was revoked about a year ago.

My calls and contact attempts to Amazon have been futile to find out why they won't reinstate our state so I can ramp up my 40+ websites promoting Amazon product again.

Has anyone in Colorado or other cancelled associate states heard any reinstatement news or have any workarounds? I've heard of starting another company in Nevada or something, but seems like the IRS would have something to say about that.

What else can be done?
