Do You Still Submit Classified Ads For Promoting?

Hi Warriors,

I have purchased a few IM courses and they all tend to, at some point, encourage the use of classified ads. I used to use USFreeAds and a few others but I don't remember having any joy so I stopped it.

Has anyone had any success in submitting ads, to the point where they use it on an on-going basis for promotion? I know there has been talk about Craigslist not being as fruitful as before but what about other sites?
