how do I get youtube and facebook buttons on my site.. I will pay

I am looking to put a graphic on my blog that will allow my readers to come check me out on youtube and add me as a friend on facebook

here is an example of what I am looking for katiefreiling.com|Integrating Personal Development With Online Marketing

look at the top right at the youtube and facebook buttons

how do I get that on my blogs,, I would be willing to pay if someone can hook me up with someone who can just do it for me...

I have found them for twitter to use on my site but I cant for the others,,, I will even pay to have a custom one created
