Default Stock Trading Niche - Level of Risk to a New Affiliate Marketer

I'm new to Affiliate Marketing. Researching products in Clickbank, I found several Stock Trading & Day-Trading Products with good Gravity & Payout Scores.

My question is:

Does this niche, due to the financial risk involved in actual use of the software by a potential customer, also pose risk of lawsuit directed at the Affiliate Marketer who delivers and closes the Affiliate Promotion or Offers? Would LLC or Incorporation offer any protection over sole-proprietorship if adverse consequences occur thru use of trading software or recommendation generating by Software-Based Trading Screens & sold by the Affiliate?
