Witelabeling affects email deliverability?

I'm trying to run an email campaign right now via sendgrid. I have their silver package so I'm entitled to whitelabel my domain. Problem is, my domain was bought from 1and1 and unfortunately they don't support whitelabeling. This was their answer:

"Please be informed that we do not support domain labeling although we have domain privacy as an option. On the other hand, managing the domain records can be done with cname record, IP Address or A record and name servers but TXT records are not supported for 1&1 domain's DNS."

I brought this up with sendgrid and here's what they said:

"TXT records are normal type of DNS record, used widely not only in the Email industry, but across many aspects of the Internet. By not allowing these types of DNS records, 1&1 is severely limiting their customer's utility of their service. "

I've come so far in preparing my site and everything else. So question is, does whitelabeling a domain affect email deliverability?

Thanks.

Exactly I never experienced similar case. But I've read and thinking about this, that this isn't connected each other. So, I think it will not affect email deliverability.
