How to used twitter effectively - Any reports/advice

Hi there,

I was just wondering if anybody could recommend any reports,links advice on how to get the most out twitter. Or how to use it to market your website effectively.

    Without knowing your business model it's difficult to suggest ways to utilise Twitter.

    When in the hands of an online marketer Twitter is just a tool. Like a lot tools it has multiple uses and therefore multiple ways to use it.

    A prominent exponent of Twitter on this forum is Dana Willhoit, she's got some info and tools to exploit Twitter.

    Perry Belcher has some interesting viewpoints on his blog.

    Dr Mani also has some thought-provoking ideas.

    At the very least seek these people out using that other tool, Google.

    You should already have a business before using twitter. Twitter isn't in the basics of business building.

    Form my point of view, Twitter does not suits to all type of business. Can help you a little bit and the time invested is too much.

    twitter traffic machine is about what you are looking for, just google search it

    it shows you how to build your followers and market affiliate products to them the right way with out making everyone mad

    other than that I havent really seen to many good ones out there

    keep it personal and make them feel like they are friends and not just prospects. Because after all it is all about building relationships. The reason twitter and all the other sites are popular is because they allow people to connect and the key word here was people.

    make friends and have fun really just act like they are your close personal friends and update them on things that help

    I think the best way to get result is by twitting as if you are relating to your school mates. Don't present your posts with the mindset of promoting a business.

    Relate freely and be adding your cloacked url whenever you make a post.
