How would you go about doing the following marketing?

Hi Warriors:

Hope all is well.

I was wondering if you have the best/fastest methods to do the following:

Let us say you wanted to market a service to businesses such as website development/video/etc. You targeted today restaurants.

You could go to Yelp type in a specific city, get the name of restaurant 1, click on the website, look around, search for an email address and repeat the process.

What are faster and more advantageous ways (such as software or manual techniques)?

Thank you as always,
Craig

Open a local phone book? Maybe a city directory?

Think about when tourists come into a new city and check into a hotel for the night. What kind of material would a concierge give them to quickly understand the city?

    Just some thoughts.

    Cheers,
    Ben

I've heard of people having success at local business meetings, they're like small "get together's" where businesses in town hold get together at like a civic center. Someone rented a vendor's booth there to promote building websites.

I know an SEO guy in Cali that goes to business and shows them how he's on the first page of google for keywords, SEO he's done for other business and he sets up some pretty good contracts that way up to 5k a month contracts.
