Hi there,

Can someone please tell me what, the name is of the tiny little box, on a browser just before the url?

I notice a lot of websites have their own little designs, in the browser, before their web address.

Yep it's a favicon, designed really, I believe, to make your URL stick out over others in a persons favorites list or bookmarks.

If you have a WP blog then you can use MaxBlogPress Favicon plugin to put one on your blog, I use that all the time.
