It was said on his sales page that 100% money back guarantee is offered without any questions asked..
Product was not what was promised and I was completely pissed off at it,I delete everything right away and went to ask for a refund..

Sale was not via Cb or jvzoo or something it went directly to his paypal account...

hes a member on here.Sells multiple products here.

The product was $97 not any normal $7 product.

Now Its been like 20 days since I'm emailng as well PMing this guy but no refunds received yet.

Now he doesn't respond to my PMs here either.

----
Where can I post this on warrior forum so that future members can know what this dude is all about before loosing their money?!

Thanks

If it was a WSO, or other advertising thread here, you can (and should) leave an objective, unemotional, carefully worded account of this as a "testimonial" in the thread, which will be helpful to others.

Under those circumstances, you can also report the entire incident to the moderators (by using the red triangle next to the OP of the thread through which you bought). This may not help you to get your money back, but may get the advertisement (and/or the member) removed if the moderators accept the evidence of what you're claiming.

If you just bought through something like a sig-file link to someone else's site (i.e. not through a paid forum ad) then although you can perhaps discuss it with the moderators, I wouldn't think that it's any business of the forum's at all, really. Still, it could be worth reporting anyway, because I think the moderators are distinctly uncomfortable about keeping "known scammers" around and it might be useful/helpful information for them anyway(?).

Sorry to hear about your own problem. Have you thought about the possibilities of a credit-card chargeback, if you used PayPal that way?

I used paypal balance so no CC :/
Its an offsite product not advertised here and no jvzoo or something either where I can report it and get the refund...well if nothing works I will have to file a PP dispute nothing else seems like an option here!
its been like 30 days or something so I still have 15 more days for filing a dispute.

I see; my guess is that in this case it's very unlikely the forum can help you - and to be fair it's not really their business or their responsibility.

You did the right thing, of course, not identifying the member in this thread.

        I wish you good luck.

    Joshua,
Sorry but this is a dispute between the seller and yourself. You can NOT post such alligations on the warrior forum as it's against the rules unless you purchase a WSO then you can post your experience in the WSO sellers thread.

Yes I understand that but all I want is
people knowing about this guy / a refund..

I wouldn't have bothered if it was some cheap product but for me $97 really does mean a lot..

        Joshua,
I understand you're upset about this but this forum for very good legal reasons has a no naming policy on buyers claiming to have been wronged.

    Joshua,
Sorry it's gone wrong but all you can do here is as Alexa said is to private message a mod (Paul Myers for instance) about your experience. They can't help get your money back and unfortunately you may find the same with paypal (as electronic goods aren't covered by their guarantee).
I'd put it down to experience and make sure you're very sure of the seller and product before purchasing next time.

I am afraid there's not much to do...
Digital goods go to seller's favour (I lost PP dispute 3 times). It can be your last hope, but if I was you... I wouldn't even charged a dispute...

Contact admins... they can not give you back that money, but they can at least watch that guy, or ban him from this forum!

    Sorry you lost that money...

I would file the PP dispute anyway. You may not win, but it will still be a mark against the seller. For maximum leverage, make sure the seller knows when you intend to file it, and give him the opportunity to make it right first. Then, if he still doesn't, follow through.

If you are motivated enough, blog about your experience somewhere else. Others who do research on this seller will find that, and may be dissuaded from doing business with him. You can tell him that is coming as well.

After that, let it go. After a certain point, your anger turns toxic and the only one that keeps getting hurt is you. Instead, learn the lesson and let it be a motivator to always be cautious in business dealings.

Good luck. It sucks being ripped off. For what its worth, it happens to everyone at some point. You are smarter for having had the experience.

This is wrong: that's the one thing you can't do. See the very top of this post where it says "MAIN FORUM RULE": http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...rum-rules.html

So people can scam on this website and you will get banned for calling out the scammer?
Ummm... That doesn't even sound like what he said.

If someone offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee here and refuses a refund for any reason at all, they get warned: Either honor the posted refund policy or we remove your offer and, usually, your access to this forum.

If you're not happy with something you bought through an ad here, you can comment in the sales thread.

The forum sells advertising. It is not otherwise any part of the transaction, and all it can do is remove ads and access. It can't force refunds out of unwilling sellers.

Sorry, but those are the very real limits.

As far as sales made that don't involve the site, we don't have any business even getting involved, beyond letting the seller know we're aware of the issue and keeping it in mind if it becomes part of a pattern that involves ads posted here.

Even if it were any of our business to police every other site on the net (it isn't), we don't have enough info to form a competent conclusion about sales through other venues. We don't know the posted refund policy, or even if one existed. We don't know the product, or the reasons for the dispute, or any of the other things that might be involved.

Not something we have any business becoming involved with.

As far as general "naming and shaming," that's dangerous for everyone involved. Too many people lie, or misunderstand, or try to leverage the forum's reach as a way to extort things they're not entitled to, or just plain damage a competitor or someone they don't like.

And even when none of those are true, it's too often the case that the poster leaves out important parts of the story.

    Joshua,

I can understand your frustration, but there is nothing that can be done through the Warrior Forum, and Mr. Myers gave the exact reasons why.

$97 is a lot of money, but don't let it stop from moving forward. If nothing can be done to resolve the issue, what's best FOR YOU is to move on. Spend your time and energy taking steps to make up for the $97.

I am not saying that people should take no action if they feel they were taken advantage of. But if you have done all you possibly can, doing anything more is going to be detrimental to you in the long run.

    Much Success,

When you file your paypal dispute, be sure to link or attach a copy of the sales page that states the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Tell them why you were disappointed in that make money online offer that turned out to be a bunch of bullshit.

Go to the thread that you bought the product from and leave your comment. Make sure it's a fair and objective comment or it will be deleted. Then use the red triangle and report the listing. The mods don't condone listings that don't honor their refund policies. Simple as that.
