Questions about trademarks and copyrights
So I write ebooks under a pen name and sell them...on various places along with mypenname.com site
Lets say I get big one day,and I didn't bother to trademark that pen name(can pen names be trademarked anyways?), lets say someone trademarks my pen name and then tries to claim my domain name will he take over my business that way in a shot? I think this is quite possible since trademarks cant be used in domains right?
Also,in ebooks i write ©MyPenName.com
now if someone I should fear or care to explain this comes up one day and asks me, please prove that you are 'mypenname' for your copyrights to be valid, what can i do?!
Because in real life no such human exists its just a pen name isn't it?
