Full size slider unique design - average pricing

I have searching a lot about design and designers to create a full size HD slider images so i can use in revolution slider pluigin.
but what i have found were people that will use free or copyright theft from google search images, well what i want are unique designs so i can use on my home page, basically by a designer or so.
Where can i find this kind of services and what will be the average pricing?
In the forum what i have found was not that good, basically people just create banners or headers or whatever with images in use on the internet, so if i want someone to create from scratch unique designs where should i go? this is being a difficult task...
i think about Odesk, freelancer, etc... but i am afraid of the quality of the service and these sites don´t have a refund policy related to the service quality that is delivered.
