Is this the right place to post? Any way I am playing around with wordpress at the moment and I am wondering what is the best way to use aweber on the blog or in fact implement it with the themes and plugins I have? I now have goodness knows how many themes to use but cannot understand how I can get awber installed...Apologies if this sounds a bit stupid. Any answers Regards Matt |

The simplest way is to create the form in Aweber, grab the html and paste it into your sidebar as a text widget. There are some tutorials somewhere, if I find them I'll post them up. Peter |

there are a few different options routes you could take, have you looked at this: How Do I Integrate My Wordpress Blog With AWeber? :: AWeber Knowledge Base this plugin: WordPress › AWeber Integration WordPress Plugins -- or another option is: WordPress › Aweber Wordpress Plugin WordPress Plugins |

Is aweber has different way to use the form in wp? i usually used widget (if in the sidebar) and used eh text or html part. So in my opinion just grab the html code from aweber and put in on widget. I hope you can take some input matt :-)

I am not plugging my site per se, but take a look at where the optin box is on my site in the signature below. Upper right corner is typical placement for an optin and all I did was create an aweber inline optin form, grab the raw html and pasted it in the topmost right column text widget. It really is that simple. the problem comes in with all the choices of themes -- so many styles. Just remember to keep the look and feel simple - you don't want your viewer to get overwhelmed or confused. Simple color schemes, a balance of images and super useful content. Hope this helps! |

I agree with the others. I have used both, but the widget in the side bar is the easiest. I have also used the code when putting an opt-in on one of my pages. The sidebar is easier. Good luck! |
