In a wicked mood i flipped my first site for $650 , sweeeet  Now on to better things, Next up my new product which is my first one ever!!!!!needs a site designed! and a sales copy!, Also on the agenda i'm going to master cpa!   "This time next year i'll be a millionaire"

Looks like you may be planning a WSO on how you did it - i.e. marketing methods, etc. or are you going to share that info. for free?? Anyhow, it'd be interesting to know the url of the site and, if it was earning $250.00 (a month?) already, why wouldn't you just hang onto it and profit. Was the marketing of the site too time consuming and did you just want to move on to something different? Just curious, Tina |

Hello everybody! Site flipping is still profitable. You can make good money when your site is making money at the time of the flip. Too many people focus on quick build and flip transactions. That is NOT where the money is. TomG. |

sorry for the late reply all!!! to be honest i read LMC report and another one but i can't find it who i got it off , so all thanks to LMC which i have been following the reason why i sold it was , to give me a quick cash flow for a product i was created myself i would have kept it otherwise for alot longer for a bigger flip!i will be writing how i did it and probably give it free because after this month i've learned more then school ever taught me |

i would never cheat anyone out! what i have done is offered the buyer support and help to carry on making that amount (he already says he's made $35 since 2 day's :P and now he has been the first on my list which i'm going to build!

Hi Wow nice post... I flip domains all the time.. but not sites but I know I can do it.. because I once got a domain for $35 from a domain auction and built a website on it and promoted it for a few months and the site made over $100 per month after that.. I sold it for $750 about 5 months later But most of the time the sites I build I keep... But now after reading this thread I am going to try more site flipping... but I think you need to have sites that get traffic and make some kind of an income before you sell them.. This is better for you and the buyer... Most sites I build after few months they make money... So I am going to build a few.. sites. and then sell them once they make some money and I will make videos and reports on how I have done this... Then I will make a very cheap WSO... You all got me pumped up now because I know I can develop some great info on this topic. I have build 5 sites over the past 6 years... and most have made over 50k in the 2-3 years they where online and 3 are still online making 2-3k per month for me. But I have also built around another 50 sites.. that make me from $2 per month to $30 per month per site... most using adsense... as that is one of the most popular ways to make money from new sites or blogs.
