a) An HTML site map page that I update manually every time I upload a new article to a site b) My developer setup an xml site map a while back but the problem is it won't update automatically and I don't know xml c) Google Sitemap & Yahoo Sitemap Generator - anyone use it/hear of it? Supposedly I can make my own xml's without any xml knowledge. What do you think? Worth doing or should I keep updating my html site map and remove the xml site map altogether? Currently both are on my server's root folder. Thanks for the advice! BH |

All you need is an XML sitemap in Google's Webmaster Tool. Get your sitemap for free here: Create your Google Sitemap Online - XML Sitemaps Generator That's what I use for small sites. Alternative: Migrate your site over to Wordpress and install the Sitemap plugin. This will keep your Sitemap updated every time you post. |
