Hey Guys And Gals... Give Me Your Opinion On This Header PLEASE!

Hi all,

I am about to release a new product and I want
to know if this header looks good or if I should take
it off the top of the page???

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) - Symptoms, Diet, Treatment

Now I know... test, test, test... but I just want to
know what you think and how it looks???

The payment button is not active and I am not completely
finished, so please don't try to buy, it won't work anyways!

Just comments, suggestions, thoughts please!

    It sure looks better with the header. But it's all about the results right? If you do a a/b test and check the bouncerate after a few hundred page views you will know for sure.

    I personally don't care how my website looks. If the visitor says "this is what i expected" then your ok.

      Good copywriting is great...

      You say too plain, not professionally created/colored... can you expand
      a little? I created it and chose a calming-looking color, I could add more
      graphics on it... is that more of what you mean? Simple is better, no?

      He may mean that professional graphics look busy, have alot going on
      and are colored in very complex ways... I was trying the simple look.

    Not sure if you've made any changes, but right now it looks kind of like a clear sticker that is halfway over the top of the sales page. I'd move it up a bit and improve the graphics a bit.

      I like the "sticker" effect (rounded transparent corners, etc) ....

      But I think the height is too short.

      And just my opinion - I think the 2 pictures are too cliche-ish ...
      Does one HAVE to show "stomach" pics just because it's about IBS?
      Couldn't you just do the product name in a need font with effect .. and a bi-line?

      But definitely a great start!

      Yes, I like that over-lapping kind of effect... I want
      it to look slapped over the page at the top.

      I love to hear that you like that "sticker" effect, I think it's
      unique and I'd like to use that model... it's just exactly how.

      Dull maybe because of the blue I chose?

      At first glance I felt it was calming/healing looking...

      Maybe a bit darker and stronger of a blue, I'm thinkin'.

    blue is ok, but dull, like there's no feel to it... still looks like a plan canvase, if you went to that guys site and checked out his portfolio, you'll see how much of a personality the site has... pictures paint a thousand words, a blank canvase, just leaves a dull impression.

    The word "Suggestions" makes me think it might now work, For people to buy they have to FEEL 2 things...excitement and confidence! I am not sure if your headline does that! Make it more interesting!? But yah, test 3-4 at once. Oh and I also write about 20 and chose the top 4 to test. Might help.

    I think it would look better without the blue background and tiled images look cheesy and amateurish... try white background with colored edges... if you check out my video guide to profits link in my sig, that's what it should look like, well, more or less, but it converts at around 18%... and my article blog poster site, also in sig, my opt-in converts at 37%

    place some image bullet points.

    add more call to actions

    add a free PDF product to capture your visitors, cos you're throwing back end sales away.

    Its kinda like reading a local districts political propaganda letter.. uno you don't really want to read it.

    Copy is great though.. just needs more uummph to the appearance.

    Personally I recommend just seeing a Doctor.. hehe

      a graphic design doc, most definitely... be a shame with good copy, with crappy design and lose potential sales on a site that doesn't give me the vibe of someone who's professional in the niche.

    In over 80% of my split-tests a graphical header on a single page sales letter will decrease response.

    Test both, but if I had to guess I would start without it.

    I'm also thinking mixing a dark blue header with a light blue background isn't working.. there is no contrast to make the header stand out.

    Maybe play around with the background a bit and see how that affects the header?

    I dont notice any difference, the background still sucks, no colored borders, see that you've added image bullet points on some of the items.. dont see any call to actions or anything. seriously, invest $100 and get someone to design a landing page for ya
