affiliate payment gateway

Hello,
I have written an ebook and I want to sell on an affiliate site like cj or clickbank.
Does anybody know if one or all of these companys handle automatic payments for their affiliates to credit my paypal? and if so what commision they take. Or do I have to handle this end.
Also does anybody know of other such services.

    PayPal payments are done by Paydotcom.

    Clickbank sends you a check (and allows direct deposit to your checking account once u've received 5 checks).

      Thanks for the info Cassidy,
      Any idea where i can read about the whole affiliation process from A-Z, preferably from an unbiased source.
      I mean example do they hold my product? or do I have to put it on a secure server for example?
      I can handle all the technical stuff just need some pointers.

    I don't think CJ accepts ebooks and the cost would be prohibitive. It costs over 5,000 to just to get set up and they keep 30% of whatever you pay affiliates. I don't work with CB so am not sure how they handle things.

      5k to get setup !! Thats definetely not in my budget.
      I have looked at paydotcom and e-junkie it looks like they take care of the payments.
      But Do I have to host the file or do they do that.
