Your first option would be my choice as they are titles

Are You Serious or are you serious?

P.S. It makes no f'ing difference, as long as the first letter is a capital...

I would also suggest your first option, in my opinion having both the letters capital looks professional

If you go to any large site you will see they use the About Us formatt. That is also the format I use on my pages.

And yes, it does make a difference - to some of us anyways, like me. No title case = sloppy. Just look at any professional website.

Some people are ribbing you over trivialities, but you were right to ask. There are people who say it doesn't matter and then there are people who say it does matter. Simple solution: Please both groups by using Title Case
I admit, I chuckled a little when I read the first post...but, I'm so Type-A that I admit to thinking in depth about things like this...."the devil is in the details", plus it goes a long way when you show you have attention to things as seemingly "minuscule" as that....

There isn't a "wrong", or a "right", about this. It's stylistic only.

I wish I had your problems instead of my own.

Every second you spend pondering about this nonsense, it's a second you don't spend in what truly matters: driving traffic, increasing conversions, creating products, etc.

        Up to you buddy...

I get the desire for perfection but I wouldn't worry too much about this. As long as you are consistent then it won't make too much difference..

If you put as much thought in to your content creation then you should be ok - lots of late nights but ok

Always write these in title case.

For longer titles, do not capitalize articles, prepositions or conjunctions unless they appear as the first word.

Go with your own preference over this issue. Though I think you are stressing over a minor point.
