I been looking around for a joomla clickbank payment gateway plugin any suggestions

I'd love to learn that such a thing exists as well!

We use AEC, which doesn't support Clickbank. But making that work might be possible via customization.

I am looking for a solution to integrate CBsubs with Clickbank. CBsubs is a Joomla plugin made from the community builder team that can handle access levels and so forth...
I don't know if a freelancer can do that for me. I will let you know

Try amember. It has a plugin for joomla and for clickbank payments. runs about $179.00 last I checked

Amember does not let you have several levels of memberships as far as I know so this is not what I am looking for.
