Help selling an ebook

Ok. I read almost every wso in the topic and researched like hell. Ive been writing this book for over a year while working on design projects. This past month I put everything on hold to get it done. The book is now over 300 pages and made for a niche that despeestly needs the info. It's a major resource I guide and I plan to sell it for $57 per. I have a list of possible affiliates I want to jv with. Something like this has never been done for this niche and I'm excited cause I would have paid much more for such a product years ago.

My question is do you guys have any tips to help me sell as many as possible?

I have researched the topic, but I feel like I'm still missing something.

      - building list
      - fb page
      - I plan to create a standard and premium version o f the book. The standard will have some pages blanked out and the premium will have everything
      - LinkedIn group targeting. Posting segments of the book
      - blogging n posting links on reverent sites
      -blog n forum commenting
      - finding affiliates via tweeter to tweet. I want to find average people looking to make some money with good followings on social media

        2. Give High percentage rate for affiliates
        3. Great sales material for affiliates like banners, copy, emails, squeeze pages, etc...
        4. Launch your product on JVNOTIFYPRO
        5. Reinvest in your marketing
        6. Once book gets old then place on WF as a PLR

    Congratulations! You can sell your ebook at Clickbank because it is a trusted affiliate network. There are also many other networks you should consider, but Clickbank is the most popular one.

    Find the people that desperately need the info within your book. Market in forums, on social media, wherever you can reach them.

    Try a smaller version.. just offering the 'sizzle'.. not the 'steak'.
    Offer it on a Squeeze for FREE.
    Drive Targeted Traffic to it.
    See how that converts.. ( testing/tweaking always )
    Once on your List.. offer Premium Version !

    If it converts well..
    JV's will then jump all over it !!

    Clickbank is a good place to sell your e-book. Try to expand your reach, as well. Promote it on Facebook, Twitter and on other social networking sites. It is also good that you have considered making a standard and premium version of your e-book. I think, that will tempt your target market to buy it.

    Run ads. Get listed on Clickbank. After every sale sell another product to your new customer. Do PPC (Adwords in particular). Do lots of free marketing and brand yourself as the "go-to" guy in your niche.

    Did you try to offer a review copy with just the very first few chapters on the ebook on the war room?

    You could see how many people are interested to get a review and you should be able to judge how popular it is for your ebook.

    Just sell it as amazon kindle. Make some free offers to get the reputation, and use the Amazon review poster to sell more your books, It will bring you more sales, as well as you can make money as a affiliate with that...

    There really are a lot of places where you can sell your e-book. All you need to do is to be a good tease to your potential clients. That is what good salesmen do. Show them something that is enough to make them feel interested, but not too much for them to feel contented.
