Do you have a phone number where they can be reached directly?

Having some major problems with their support, emails are being ignored, checks
not being sent sorry for the mini rant

    I'm having a very long delay with getting new products in new accounts approved.
    It's been 2 weeks now and I haven't heard back from their support department. Hopefully when I call later today they'll pick up the phone lol.

    I wonder if their support system is getting an upgrade?
