Site Design With Wordpress an Xsitepro Questions

1) Adding Wordpress to a xsitepro stie ......Seo wise - is there a wrong or write way when adding and installing a wordpress blog on ones static. Heard that it should be set up as a subdomain for seo purposes and not just added do not really understand this.

2) I am creating a event entertainment site for dj, clown, magician, wedding, entertainment and rentals of halls, tents, chairs, tables etcccc... I would like to to add wordpress so that an assistant has access to the site and he also can start adding content to his site from his house. NOt quite sure how best to use wordpress in a way that it can also help with seo and at the same time It can help me allow someone from a remote location to help with adding content, not sure about the problems achieving this or problems that i should be thinking about or best way to develop the site along with the blog...help.

3) Structure wise - What is the best way to approach this when designing the initial site with xsitepro, what kind of info should be on the xsitepro site and then what kind of info should be on the wordpress site added on to the xsitepro site.

Is there things I should be thinking about within the design planning stages of the website since it will also have a blog, what questions should I be asking myself about the type of content I should place up on the static xsitepro site and the content that will be added to the blog. Would the blog be a good place for articles to be placed at and added from his home

I want my assistant or future assistant to help me with adding content, I did not build the site with wordpress because i found to difficult the learning curve I find the xsitepro much simpler and quicker to develop site with. I want him to be able to access the site to add content based on keywords i am targeting.
