Best E-commerce store??

If someone was going to create and sell a tangible product, for ex. lets say a vitamin supplement, what would be the best site to use that would include hosting, website, shopping cart etc......?????

    I don't usually think of hosting and shopping cart as coming from the same company, and when it does, it usually costs more that way, unless we are talking about a one click fantastico install. It might be good to research shopping carts (oscommerce, magento, etc.) and then find someone who will get it up and running for you, and see which host they recommend.
