Give them what they want which should be more of the same stuff they joined for. So if they joined to learn xyz or solve a certain problem, offer them more advanced training that will help them achieve their desired outcome much faster.

Never be afraid to charge people money no matter how soon you think it is. If you have something worthwhile to share then chances are some of those people would want to buy it right away and by not giving them the option to do so, you are actually doing them a disservice.

No point having a membership site of 600 members if they never spend any money with you -- in that case the site would be worthless. Remember that when people first join your site that is the time they are most interested in what you have to offer. Everyday that goes by after that will be harder and harder to sell them. So don't waste time thinking you will step on their toes. Get selling.

Sell ad space!

That is a highly targeted traffic. That is a gold mine waiting to be mined.

Sex sells.

You have a captured audience and trying to find 1 product or service tailored to them can be difficult. Did you not write follow up emails into your autoresponder with more free gifts or information with a link to something you use yourself to buy related to why they signed up of course? If not, send an immediate broadcast to them and add some follow up emails before they all unsubscribe?

As to the answer if they didn't buy they are worthless you received, how could they buy if you haven't sent follow up emails? Start building a relationship with your list, give them more good free information before selling to them otherwise they will leave faster than a speeding bullet!

Keep building your list and look after them. Treat them as you would like others you subscribed to treat you. They are real people not money cows. Love your list and some will buy from you; start selling too soon and most will unsubscribe.

You have some good options which you can implement pretty quickly. Promote affiliate products in your niche through your auto responder series. Depending on how much traffic you get to your site you can sell ad space (banners).

Maybe create an eBook you can sell for 100% profit. You got them interested to join your list with something? Create a more detailed product around that something.

Thanks ill look into affiliate products. Im going to add messaging limits to. Once they max out theyll need to pay 4.99 to subscribe. 700 members x $5 would put me at $4,000. Then once i hit 1,000 subscribers ill be able to quit my day job lol. Ill repost if i get to that point.
