Need Help with web opt-in forms that allow Multi-Users

I wanted to know if there is a simple solution out there that can allow me to
let users use my web opt in forms as there own.

In other words I have a website that has members and they can use my sales
funnel pages to promote there products. However, I want to make it able for them to use my web forms that are prebuilt for them to work with there own MailChimp, Salesforce, AWeber, Constant Contact and so on.

In a nutshell people will be able to become a member to my site choose a landing page and input there a weber account list name and the sites web form will then send the opt-ins to there AWeber account not mine.

If someone can help me out with this then I would be happy to pay for the help or if you could send me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm not quite sure if this will help you, but Jotform has at least some of the features you're interested in. And they also offer a free subscription, so you can check it out free of charge and see if it fits your needs.

    That doesn't have multiple user capabilities that someone can input their own list name into it. But thanks for the reply my friend.
