help me website wont show up unless i type www then the name

I created a website using weebly and now when i just type in the website name.com nothing displays then when i type in www.name dot com the site shows up please tell me how to correct this thank you.

      Yes I did send weebly cs the question and they havent gotten back to me. I just was wondering if anyone here can help me faster.

    They're two different url's (you could even put two different sites on them, if you wanted to). One is a subdomain of the other.

    You simply need to redirect http://domain.com to http://www.domain.com (or vice-versa).

    Choose one of them on which to host your site, and always refer to it that way, and make sure that all your backlinks are built for the one you're actually using. (There's really no need at all to use the "www" - it's perhaps easier to use the http://domain.com url for the site, and just redirect the www subdomain to that one? But you could do the opposite, if you prefer it for some reason.).

    The redirection needs to be done at the domain registrar's site.

    (I'm hoping that you didn't actually register the domain through Weebly, if you're also hosting the site at Weebly? It's always a good idea to keep the domain-registration and site-hosting in two different places ).
