Difference between a solo ad and buyer solo?

I'm new to solo ads and have been looking to buy one and I see some mentioning buyer solos. What is the difference?

Thanks!

Typically solo ads are sent to audience consisting of both prospects and buyers. Buyers solo ad might be sent to only buyers. The conversion from buyers is higher than the solo ad sent to "prospects+buyers"

As mentioned, a buyers list would be when a marketer sells products and gives some away free. The buyers list would be only the people that already paid for a product, these tend to be higher quality since it means that they've bought an IM product before and are willing to put money down.

Ah! Thank you for the help in clarifying the difference!
Are the non-buyer lists all just freebie seekers? Or are there some that haven't bought anything yet, but are looking for a business opportunity to join?
Or is that basically all depends on how the solo ad provider builds their list?
