How to monetize youtube videos?

I have been trying to use creative commons to create videos. How do i monetize this? Youtube is asking for commercial rights information

        You definitely need a license to use any creative common video. Any license that says Noncommerial you have to stay away from, if you want to monetize your videos.

        Make sure you have the license link in your video description, just in case you have to dispute it. I ran into huge programs with my digital design channel for songs in my videos. Even when I had a license. If you do have a license, all you have to do is dispute it and the claim usually drops off in a couple of days.

          Thanks for that info. I am using cc from the youtube editor. How do i find out which is the actual video and how do i know about their license?
