Hi everyone I need help about this site.
To quickly summarize it, I have a domain for sale and the buyer wants me to get it appraised from this site and he will pay whatever the price is. It costs $99 to appraise 1 domain and I'm not sure if he's the owner of this site and just want me to get his service. I don't want to be scammed so I want to ask here.

Thanks.

Ask the buyer if you can get it appraised at a free site. You can get it appraised for free at valuate.com and estibot.com. Both websites are very good and credible.

I already tried others but he really wants it from this site.

"You should obtain an official appraisal from the official ICAAN source -
    http://cert.icaan.net
They verify trademarks and my client trusts them. Just submit your domains to them and write that you have a buyer with $X,XXX offer so you need the appraisal near this value. It will work.

Please don't worry. I've been working with this appraisal company for a long time.I send them clients and they appraise domains at good values. But I'm not interested in making 10-20 usd for referring their services. As you can see I did not send you any affiliate links. I don't get any money from them. It's just a win-win partnership. My client pays me 10%-15% on every domain sale so I'm very interested in good valuations. This is my business model and I think you are interested in good appraisals too."

This is his message. I really just want to know if anyone here has experience with icaan.net

notice that it is not ICANN but its misspelled as ICAAN

    Thanks

The domain name was registered only last month, and it's using Go Daddy's WHOIS privacy
    thing.

    DON'T.

I think its just a scam to collect your $99, don't do it, if he was an honest seller, he would be fine with doing it elsewhere.

Ask the buyer to pay the $99 first. You will never find him responding after this.

This is a classic scam in the domain flipping world. I'm surprised they still try to pull this trick in 2013.

I Received Offer Email And In That Mail I Also Received Same Links answers-google.net & icaan.net Same Links & Same Thing, It Means It Is 100% Scam But Still Confused! Last Month I Just Listed My Domain Name To Sell On Sedo. And I Think I Received That Email Because He Find My Domain Name There. He Is Smartly Scamming Without Using Any Bots, Softwares And By Doing Everything Manually. :p

But Yes If Anybody Experienced Positive Result With This Then Please Tell Me.

Thanks. & Sorry For Bad English.
