You've got to have a squeeze page then redirect
    You leads to your offer.

But you've to be very selective about clickbank
    Products.

Yeah, make sure you don't send traffic from your solo's directly to the offer. Make sure to capture their info through a squeeze page (like mentioned above) to warm up your prospect. Even then, I'd still send them something for free, that has perceived value before hitting them w/your affiliate offer.

It doesn't really matter what network you're affiliated with, you MUST capture your visitors' emails in order to make money with this method, otherwise you're just wasting your hard earn money.

Come up with a nice squeeze page and MOST importantly, make sure to test at all times 2 different versions on your landing page, one page could convert at 15%, while the other one could convert at 30%, that's an instant 100% increase in earnings.

To make a profit from solo ads you need to have a well tested sales funnel in place, or you will be disappointed.

Here are some threads that will show you some sales funnel tips:

I agree with the principle of what everyone else has said, above.

More specifically, for ClickBank, any method that's based on "the three essentials" can work, but any method that isn't is really terribly unlikely to be viable. Here they are: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7110523

Yeah, solo ads -> CB = waste of $$

Siphon the traffic from the solo ads into your own lists with a super freebie then slowy warm them up for your offers, including the clickbank offer. That's the way to increase your ROI

Like everyone mentioned above, warm the list with free goodies to your list. Setup killer funnel in place, slowly start doing some test to see how the list react.

    Hi,

This is something YOU can only decide based on your own results.

Those who say... "Oh it works great" or "Complete waste of time" maybe
haven't tested enough first to be able to really clarify their results.

It's all speculation and what if until YOU go out there & test these products
    yourself.

    And yes...

...Always capture the EMAIL address FIRST!!! Before sending your solo ad
    traffic to an affiliate offer.

At least then you can further communicate with your new subscribers via email
and try to build a KLT (know, like & trust) relationship with them.

Although it may be a little harder to do if you've sent them directly to an
offer other than your own first.

It all comes down to many factors when using solo ads but if you can find
one or two solo ad providers that complement your sales funnel then you
are well on your way to building a large database of good high quality
    prospects and buyers.

    All the best
    Gavin

I made that mistake when I started Article Marketing. I drove traffic to my clickbank affiliate links rather than a squeeze page. 90% of the article directories were already on the verge of canning affiliate links at the end of posted articles.

Of course, I didn't even know what building a list was back then...

I would not suggest that you direct a solo ad to an offer directly. Use a capture page, get them emails ... and then you can send multiple offers thereafter. However ... Remember ... offer loads and loads of value before you send an offer. Your chances of making sales are greatly enhanced in this way.

    I hope this helps.

Solo ads are better with your own product. If I was a list owner I would never approve of sending an offer to my list for a Clickbank product unless the person requesting the solo created the product.

If you are promoting a product through solo ads then you need to ease them into a sale. It is almost impossible to sell a clickbank product on col traffic. You need to setup a squeeze page that collects leads. Then have a email sequence that promotes the clickbank product. This is the best way to go about it.

It works much better if the Clickbank product is your own and you get to keep 100% of the profits.
