Hi Warriors,

This is weird, and I'm ecstatic. I plunged into affiliate marketing in January this year. I created 6-7 websites. Some ranked well on Google, but I saw no results. Around April-May time, I stopped bothering, and was disappointed about not getting results, as I has put in a lot of effort.

But something incredible happened today. While I was watching football, my brother comes in and tells me Ive got some couriers lying on the table since a month by some "Click Bank". I almost did a somersalt. It was unbelievable.

I had got two cheques, of $138 and $99 respectively. This was the moment I had always dreamt of, but had completely given up on it. Checked back on Clickbank, and saw that the site that made money was the only one which wasn't a one page site, and the one that had taken the maximum efforts. I have made around 14 sales including upsells. There's still some amount unpaid. I don;t know how they payment system works.

But it all did not end there. I had a 2500 global monthly search term mini-site ranking first on Google too, of which I had lost any hope of ever making a sale. This was an Amazon Associate site. So I decided to check the report at Amazon, just in case. And BOOM! "Avertising Fee: $158". I couldn't believe it. Though still haven't got any checks from Amazon, and in payment history, it just shows unpaid balance as $72. Any reasons for this?

I can't believe I had these checks lying right next to me for the last 1-2 months and never bothered to look at them thinking they are some boring couriers. And I fear I haven't tore the Amazon check without noticing.

But it's a great feeling that my effort paid off. I know it's a small amount, but still feels great. I know much more about digital marketing now than I did then, so I like what I'm in for. Though my model has shifted to something which is more value providing and more under my control. But seeing these results has motivated me to try affiliate marketing once more, and this time I will create only a single website and dig deep, because I know exaaxctly what to do.

So if you're a beginner and wondering if all this works, you've got your answer.

A big thanks to all the warriors who helped me too. I'm accessing this forum after half a year because I had completely lost faith in this all ever making real money. I'll be here more often now . Cheers.

Maybe the unpaid earnings from amazon was a result of people returning orders tht they bought. You wouldnt have torn your amazon chequ up as you need a min of $100

Always love to hear these stories. I still remember my first check from Google, for around $100 or so. But my second one was for more than $1,000. But like a dumb shit, I sold that site and never ranked another one after that. But I shall do it again.

Definitely inspirational. I came here today to tell others I made money from my Amazon sites. I didn't do the work like you did Kush but I got them done for me. So it feels even sweeter. I am really really happy for you and for me. Keep it up!

    Congratulations Kush,

That's exactly the same thing that happened to me 2 years back. And I never looked back again. Recently, few weeks back I left my job to pursue IM full time. As I was already making multiple times of what I was making there.

So, you can do it... keep yourself motivated and determined

Nothing like a paycheck to make all your efforts seem worth it. Keep working hard and doing some work everyday towards your sites. There is no magic overnight pill. Hard work, consistency, and keeping your nose to the grindstone is how you will succeed.

Congratulations on your cash. You did it once, now you know you can do it over and over again.
