How Can Affiliates Find Good Images For Amazon Products?

Im struggling to find good images to use when promoting Amazon products.

The images they offer you are usually either small, medium or large but even the large are quite small.

I notice the product pages have great images but you cant save these.

Does anyone know how I can download or save the high quality large images from Amazon?

  I tried to save the image but the quality isn't as high of the image when zoomed in. How can you get or save the high quality image from amazon?

I don't promote through amazon, but is it illegal to take a screenshot of the enlarged image? I would think that since you're promoting that product they wouldn't care but I couldn't be sure.

Do you mean you are not allowed to save the product page images or you can't download them? I always thought it was ok to use them.

I normally have to click on the good product images to bring up the high res version and then right click to get the image url or save the image. As it won't work straight from the product page.

Beyond that, check the vendor's website. Their media relations section usually has images available. If not, contact them and ask for images you can use in a review.

The only problem is volume, if you are working with large volumes of both products and vendors its difficult.

I'll buy that. Finding vendor images might be something a VA or other outsourcer could do if you need that kind of volume.
