Free Solo Ads - Anyone had success?

Hi Warriors!
Quick question...
Is anyone using Free Solo Ads (emailing safe lists) to grow their list with success?
Are people that receive emails from sites like SOTAM, ReactiveAds, DownlineBuilderDirect, Your EZ List and others even opening them and if they do even subscribe to a list, are they buyers?
I'd really appreciate your honest answers!
Thanks,
Art

Never any valuable names with free solo ads in my case and you will end up on that list so you also get a bunch of crap emailed to you. I have had good luck with safe-swaps.com and by contacting other successful people in the niche directly. Valuable buyers don't typically come free.

If you're going to jump into Solo Ads, I would highly recommend ArcaMax. I've been using them for several years and the results are always above average when it comes to Solo Ad drops.

      Thanks guys,
I buy solo ads regularly and recently I tried these free sites...
I had a few opt-ins but I'm simply not sure if it is worth the effort.
They are free but you still have to invest time in it, right?
I don't really think I'm going to invest any more time in it...

Good for you mate. That's the key here: Time wasting.

That's exactly it. How much is your time worth? You can always get more $$ but you can't ever get more time.

Would recommend safe-swaps for exchange and solo ads it $30 a month but the quality is there and also each person has feedback and grading along with details of their list niche and interests as long as you have a good incentive or lead magnet you will get results and can build your list relatively quickly - agree with other free offers = low quality unresponsive list which is no good to anyone go for quality rather than quantity hope that helps and don't put off building a list as its still most effective method of building a relationship online cheers Simon

I find that you can sometimes get good results from free solo-ad websites. But the best results are going to be when you find a reputable solo-ad provider with a really responsive list.

It all depends on what you are selling. You can't market a weight loss product to a ton of income opportunity seekers. Usually with the free sites, the people on their lists are just people who make up fake e-mail addresses so they don't have to deal with all the spam overloading their inbox.

I would suggest if you are going to go with a free site, go with ViralURl. You can send a mail out to 17,000 people for around $50 and the list is targeted to english speaking countries.

You are only going to get an optin rate of about 0.5%, but at 17,000 that can be a decent amount of optins to work with at a cheap price.

If you want to see optins around 10-20%, I suggest going with a reputable dealer.

    Hope that helps.

Personally Solo Ad's can be very successful. it depends on where you place your ad's and how much are you wiling to put in. Many people try to become so successful with the online world and give up after running through a obstacle. Solo Ads will take time to get the hang of but once you do you will rock it (=

One of the keys with these "free" safelist sites is that you need to have highly targeted and "inexpensive" offers to promote to this demographic.
For instance you are not going to be selling many high ticket $997 products to folks who don't have the money for it. However you might do a lot better selling a $1 offer with an oto. Also people on these sites are not looking to lose weight.. they are looking for ways to make money.. these are the offers that are selling on there.. Safelists are surly not the highest quality, but it can still be a good way to start building a list and even make sales if you have the right offer.

I did use safe-lists in the past but stopped because the subscribers I got were not responsive.

Don't do it - it's people like you wanting to send a mail to others, who are wanting to do the same!

The likelihood of anyone opening your message is about zero. It's hard to get noticed with paid ones, this would just be a complete waste of time.

Get your traffic from other source - free if you have to - or pay for solos, and get good results.

    Free can be more expensive.

I tried these and it is really a waste of time. People just want to post ads, not read them. Even if they are made to open the emails to gain credits, they simply leave the browser open with many open tabs and go do something else. I should know. I am one of them.

Don't waste time, go for paid

It's been a while since I haven't used free solo ad systems, and I was also using SOTAM. In my opinion, people do open emails, in order to get credits, and conversion is possible, but you need to have an appealing email subject, that's the crucial requirement to get attention to your ad.

Yea you have to spend more time that is truly not worth it considering the low number of optins you get. So I would not waste time with free solo's my friend.
